No child leaves except with someone your team knows by photo and code — and everything that happens during the day is logged and reaches the family the moment it happens.
Pick-up by photo and code
Every authorised person has a photo (they can't be added without one) and a personal 4-digit code — no QR, works with any phone or none. The supervisor sees the photo at hand-over; a wrong code means «do not hand over».
No-code hand-over: manager only
With a written reason kept in the log; late pick-ups after the period end and grace time are logged automatically.
Temporary authorisation from the portal
Parents can authorise someone for up to 7 days, with a photo, and that person gets their own code.
Incident log
Any bump, scratch or fever is logged with time, type, severity, what was done and a witness; the family is told instantly and confirms «I've read it», with a printable form signed by the teacher and the manager.
Inspection file
One printable file: the children register, monthly attendance, overdue vaccinations on the Egyptian schedule, the staff register and attendance, and incidents.

Can I try it before subscribing?
Yes, 14 days free, no card. Tap «Start your free trial», pick your activity and you're in right away, with sample data that fits it.
How does an authorised person pick up a child?
The supervisor sees their photo on screen and they give their personal 4-digit code. No app or QR needed — it works even without a phone, and a wrong code means no hand-over.
What if a child gets a bump or a fever?
The supervisor records it in the incident log with time, type and what was done; the family is told instantly and confirms they've read it, and a form signed by the teacher and manager can be printed.
Does it help with inspections?
Yes — one printable inspection file with the children register, monthly attendance, overdue vaccinations, the staff register and attendance, and incidents.
Does every employee see everything?
No. The manager sets each person's permissions, such as seeing only their classes or not seeing fees.
Do parents pay anything?
No. Parent accounts are free and unlimited, and they don't count toward your plan's users.
Can a parent see other children?
No. Each family sees only its own children, and photos are private to each child — even if someone edits the link.
My activity isn't on the list?
Choose «Other activity», type its name, and pick the closest of the four ways of working.
How do messages reach parents?
A notification in the portal and on their phone, and a ready WhatsApp message in Egyptian Arabic sent in a tap — or automatically after the official WhatsApp Business link-up.
Onboarding and WhatsApp fees?
Two optional one-time services: onboarding EGP 1,000, the official WhatsApp Business link-up EGP 2,000, or both for EGP 2,500. Onboarding is free with a yearly subscription.
More than one branch?
Yes, each extra branch is EGP 199 a month, and each extra team user EGP 49 a month.
